 This testing machine is applied to test armature for kinds of power tool and vacuum cleaner. (1).Testing voltage range: AC100～2800V。 (2).Voltage adjusting mode (-M: Manual adjust.-A: Auto adjust) a. Manual adjust: manual no-step adjust b. Auto adjust: input testing voltage to the software, thus machine do automatic loading to the setting value through the test. (3). Voltage precision: ±3.0% (4). Capacity: 500VA (5).Leakage current setting 5 steps(0.5/1/2/5/10mA),precision:±1.0% (6). Voltage load mode: between winding and iron core. (7) OK/ Reject verify way: goods of its leakage current value higher than setting value is taken as reject. The software will give acousto-optic alarm accordingly. 一、設(shè)備規(guī)范： 1、交流耐壓測試 （1）測試電壓范圍：AC100～2800V。 （2）電壓調(diào)節(jié)方式（—M為手動調(diào)壓、—A型為自動調(diào)壓） （a）手動調(diào)節(jié)：手動無段調(diào)節(jié)。 （b）自動調(diào)節(jié)：軟件中輸入測試電壓，測試時自動加載到設(shè)定值。 （3）電壓精度：±3.0% （4）容量：500VA （5）泄露電流設(shè)定：0.5/1/2/5/10mA五段設(shè)定，精度：±1.0% （6）加壓方式：線圈與鐵芯之間 （7）合格/不合格品判定方法：當(dāng)泄露電流高壓泄露電流設(shè)定值時，判定為不良品，并由測試軟件輸出為聲光報警。 2. Insulation resistance test (1).Testing voltage: DC500V (2).Testing range: 10～500MΩ (3). Integrated accuracy: ±5.0% (4). Voltage load mode: between coil and iron core. (5). OK/ Reject verify way: manual setting the low limit of insulation resistance, when the goods of its insulation resistance value lower than setting value is taken as reject. The software will give acousto-optic alarm accordingly. 2、絕緣電阻測試 （1）測試電壓：DC500V （2）測試范圍：10～500MΩ （3）綜合精度：±5.0% （4）加壓方式：線圈與鐵芯之間 （5）合格/不合格品判定方法：手動設(shè)定絕緣電阻下限值，當(dāng)絕緣電阻低于設(shè)定下限，判定為不良品，并由測試軟件輸出為聲光報警。 3. Cold resistance test (1).Testing range: (a) 0.001-0.999 (resolution ratio 0.100 uΩ). (b) 1.000-9.999 (resolution ratio 0.010 mΩ) (2).Precision: ±0.5% auto temperature compensate, could be calculated to resistance value at 20℃ (3).Testing way: between armature stamping and stamping. (4) OK/ Reject verify way: Program reads the testing value of winding and verify ok/reject by comparison of upper and low reference value. The software will give acousto-optic alarm accordingly when it’s reject. (5). The software search out the minimum value of testing resistance automatically, auto rank ordering and resistance self-learning function. 3、冷態(tài)電阻測試 （1）測試范圍： （a）0.001～0.999 （分辨率0.100uΩ） （b）1.000～9.999 （分辨率0.010mΩ） （2）精度：±0.5% 自動溫度補償，可換算至20℃時電阻值。 （3）測試方法：電樞片與片之間 （4）合格/不合格品判定方法：由程序讀取繞組測試值，與上下限基準(zhǔn)值做比較判定，不合格時程序聲光報警。 (5) 軟件自動查詢到測試電阻最小值，自動排序。具有電阻自學(xué)習(xí)功能 4. Welding electrical test. (1). Testing range: (a).0.001-0.999 (resolution ratio 0.010 mΩ) (2). Precision: ±0.5% auto temperature compensate, could be calculated to resistance value at 20℃ (3).testing way: use six ends method, testing the resistance value of commutator segment and winding welding point. (4). OK/ Reject verify way: Program reads the resistance testing value of welding and verify ok/reject by comparison of upper and low reference value. The software will give acousto-optic alarm accordingly when it’s reject. 4、焊接電阻測試 （1）測試范圍： （a）0.001～0.999 （分辨率0.010uΩ） （2）精度：±0.5% 自動溫度補償，可換算至20℃時電阻值。 （3）測試方法：采用六端法，測試換向片與繞組焊接點電阻值。 （4）合格/不合格品判定方法：由程序讀取焊接電阻測試值，與上下限基準(zhǔn)值做比較判定，不合格時程序聲光報警。 5.Between turns insulation test (1).Testing voltage range: 100V～2800V (2).Voltage Precision: ±3% (3).Voltage adjusting mode (-M: manual adjust,-A: auto adjust). (a).Manual adjust: manual no-step adjust (b).Auto adjust: input testing voltage to the software, thus machine do automatic loading to the setting value through the test. (4).Pulse rising time: 1.2μs (5). Verify way:: Δs/s Δf/f (6). Voltage load mode: respectively test each winding. (7). OK/Reject verify way: Program reads the standard value of wave between turns, compare the testing wave to standard wave. The software gives acousto-optic alarm if beyond setting value. 5、匝間絕緣測試 （1）測試電壓范圍：100V～2800V （2）電壓精度：±3% （3）電壓調(diào)節(jié)方式（—M為手動調(diào)壓、—A型為自動調(diào)壓） （a）手動調(diào)節(jié)：手動無段調(diào)節(jié) （b）自動調(diào)節(jié)：軟件中輸入測試電壓，測試時自動加載到設(shè)定值。 （4）脈沖上升時間：1.2μs （5）判別方式：Δs/s Δf/f判別 （6）加壓方式:各繞組分別測試 （7）合格/不合格品判定方法：由程序讀取匝間波形之標(biāo)準(zhǔn)值，測試波形與標(biāo)準(zhǔn)波形之比較，超過設(shè)定值程序聲光報警 Main feature: 1.All the armature test such as electrical strength, insulation resistance, DC resistance, welding resistance and between turns of electrical performance test are done automatically at one time fast. 2.Each test items could be on or off randomly.
